Long mixing process can make the alkali and free fatty acid reacting fully, reduce the super alkaline, avoid accident neutral oil, low oil content of the soapstock. After using the alkali to extend the time of reaction, alkali can make the pigment of adsorption oil soapstock sufficiently, and also can strengthen the auxiliary decoloring effect, reduce the decoloring process clay content.
